Pine Summit has various meeting rooms located all across our campus. Each booking includes one meeting room and if available other meeting rooms can be reserved for an extra charge. See below for options and pricing.

Cedar Chapel

Accommodates 350

Beautiful Cedar Chapel is located at the center of camp. It can accommodate up to 350 guests and has a standard audio/visual setup and stage lighting. Cedar Chapel also has two adjoining rooms, Birch and Poplar, and restrooms. It is reserved for the largest group on camp who must also book with at least 150 guests. This space is $350 a day when added as an additional meeting space.

Manzanita Lodge

Accommodates 125

Manzanita Lodge is located in a quiet grove near the south end of camp. It can accommodate up to 125 guests and has a standard audio/visual setup. Manzanita Lodge is also conveniently located next to our playground perfect for keeping your young guests entertained! It contains a single bathroom inside but is also a short distance from a full bathhouse. This space is $125 a day when added as an additional meeting space.

Oak Lodge

Accommodates 115

Oak Lodge is located in a quiet grove near the east side of camp. It can accommodate up to 115 guests and has a standard audio/visual setup. Oak Lodge is also conveniently located next to Dorms 1-6 and many of our outdoor activities! It is a short distance from a full bathhouse. This space is $125 a day when added as an additional meeting space.

Sugarpine Meeting Room

Accommodates 60

Sugarpine Meeting Room is located in the middle of camp conveniently below our Sugarpine Lodge rooms. It can accommodate up to 60 guests and can be outfitted with a portable sound system. Sugarpine is also conveniently located in the same building as our Snack Shop and Camp Store! It contains two bathrooms inside. This space is $85 a day when added as an additional meeting space.

Pinecone

Accommodates 35

Pinecone is located on the southwest end of the Ponderosa Dining Hall. It can accommodate up to 35 guests and is equipped with a TV. This space is $75 a day when added as an additional meeting space.

Fireside is located on the west end of the Ponderosa Dining Hall. It can accommodate up to 30 guests and features a cozy fireplace. This space is $75 a day when added as an additional meeting space.
